We have students, teachers, and family members participating in local trail races. There is no cost for students to participate in these races thanks to generous donations and fundraising efforts. Since forming in 2024, we have participated in 19 trail races.
We are on the trails year-round. Check back for updates since we add events if they become available after fundraisers .

Barnyard Squatch
Get ready for a ridiculously fun trail party at the Barnyard Squatch 5K! Hosted by Sassquad Trail Running at The Barnyard Sanctuary in beautiful Hope New Jersey. Everyone is welcome to this community-driven event packed with squatchy barnyard vibes where you'll get to run and hike right alongside rescued farm animals
Giants Foundation 5K
Bring your friends, family and neighbors out to run or walk the Giants Foundation 5K Presented by Quest® on Sunday, November 8th and finish in the end zone line at MetLife Stadium!
Squatchy Leftovers
This is where we started- The original Trail Party! This 5K is the perfect beginner course because you get a bit of everything in this loop. You’ll experience a rolling dirt path, a rocky descent, wide gravel carriage roads and a rocky single track finish. This popular race WILL sell out early! Arriving by 8:00AM for parking is highly encouraged.
